We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing activities, generate qualified business leads, and grow e-commerce sales. The candidate must have strong practical knowledge of paid advertising, SEO, social media, AI-assisted marketing, and CRM-based lead management.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the digital marketing strategy across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage Google Search, Shopping, Display, remarketing, and Meta advertising campaigns, including budgets, targeting, creatives, and optimisation.
• Generate qualified B2B leads from relevant buyers, manufacturers, dealers, distributors, and business owners.
• Work closely with the sales team to define lead qualification criteria, improve lead quality, and track conversion from enquiry to order.
• Manage CRM lead capture, source attribution, segmentation, lead scoring, nurturing, assignment, and follow-up workflows.
• Lead technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword research, and product and category page optimisation.
• Improve visibility in AI-powered search and discovery platforms through relevant, well-structured content.
• Manage social media marketing, content calendars, product campaigns, videos, email, and WhatsApp marketing.
• Improve landing pages and website conversion rates in coordination with designers and developers.
• Use AI tools for research, content development, campaign analysis, and marketing automation, with human review for accuracy.
• Track campaign performance through GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, advertising platforms, and CRM reports.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with hands-on ownership of campaigns and measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SMM, and B2B lead generation.
• Deep understanding of the lead lifecycle, CRM processes, sales funnels, and lead-to-order conversion.
• Practical experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools.
• Ability to implement and validate conversion tracking and connect campaign sources with CRM outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate cost per qualified lead, customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, and marketing-generated revenue.
• Ability to coordinate with sales, product, design, and development teams.
• Experience in B2B e-commerce, lithium batteries, EV components, electronics, or industrial products is preferred.

Key Performance Indicators

• Number and cost of qualified leads generated.
• Sales acceptance and lead-to-order conversion rates.
• Marketing-generated pipeline, revenue, and customer acquisition cost.
• Paid campaign return on advertising spend.
• Organic traffic, relevant keyword visibility, and organic enquiries.
• E-commerce conversion rate and repeat customer engagement.

Candidates should share examples of campaigns managed, monthly advertising budgets handled, and measurable improvements in qualified leads or sales.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
