Digital Marketing Manager

Job description:

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, growing our online community, and supporting brand and product marketing initiatives across digital platforms.

You will work closely with the marketing, design, product, and content teams to communicate our product's value effectively and build a strong digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's brand and business objectives.
• Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X, as relevant to the brand.
• Create and maintain a monthly/weekly social media content calendar.
• Write engaging captions, posts, scripts, and other social media copy.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members to create high-quality visual and video content.
• Create content around products, features, launches, customer stories, industry trends, company updates, and campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and relevant conversations to identify content opportunities.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and actively build the brand community.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, events, and other marketing initiatives through social media.
• Collaborate with influencers, creators, and relevant industry communities when required.
• Track and analyze social media performance using platform analytics and reporting tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports covering reach, engagement, followers, traffic, leads, and other relevant metrics.
• Experiment with new content formats and approaches to improve engagement and brand visibility.
• Ensure all social media communication is consistent with the company's brand guidelines and tone of voice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their content formats.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
