About the Role

We are looking for a creative, result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and manage our digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in digital marketing, social media management, online campaigns, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and business growth.
• Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan and manage social media content, reels, posts, stories, and campaigns.
• Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Handle SEO, keyword research, website optimization, and organic traffic growth.
• Generate quality leads and improve customer engagement and conversions.
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with the content creation, graphic design, and video editing teams.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Practical knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and lead generation.
• Good understanding of content strategy, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
• Ability to analyze marketing performance and deliver measurable results.
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• A creative mindset with a focus on achieving business goals.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000

Salary will be decided based on the candidate’s experience, practical skills, and ability to deliver results.

Candidates with strong practical knowledge and a proven track record of successful campaigns will be preferred.
