Digital Marketing Manager

AI marketing automation & measurement

Design automated lead routing, nurturing, email sequences and follow-up journeys through CRM and
approved automation tools.

• Use AI for research, campaign ideation, content variations, reporting and workflow efficiency; review output

for accuracy and brand consistency.

• Coordinate chatbot and AI agent use cases with the development team; define requirements, test journeys

and monitor lead capture and handover.

• Maintain measurement through GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion events, Meta Pixel/CAPI and

consistent campaign tagging; coordinate technical setup where required.

• Create dashboards connecting channel spend, qualified leads, pipeline and revenue; explain attribution

limitations and avoid double-counting conversions.

• Run structured tests on messaging, creatives, audiences and landing pages; record findings and scale

improvements.

• Manage team priorities, quality checks, deadlines and client reviews; flag delivery or performance risks

early.
Required skills & experience

• Suggested 4-7 years in digital marketing with evidence of campaign ownership, budget management and

team leadership.

• Strong hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads expertise; working experience with LinkedIn Ads and B2B lead

generation.

• Practical knowledge of SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, conversion optimisation and

e-commerce funnels.

• Experience using GA4, GTM, dashboards and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho or comparable tools.
• Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make or Zapier, plus AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or

Gemini; equivalent tools are acceptable.

• Ability to explain ROAS, CPL, CAC, CPA, conversion rate and qualified pipeline using real campaign

examples.

• Clear client communication, analytical judgement and coordination with sales, creative and technical teams.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
