Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO coordination, and organic traffic growth.
- Plan and manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization through performance marketing campaigns.
- Create and coordinate engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, and ROI.
- Use Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and execute email marketing, remarketing, and customer engagement campaigns.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize spending to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
- Coordinate with internal teams, designers, content creators, sales teams, and external agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and audience research to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, campaign attribution, landing page optimization, and A/B testing.
- Experience in lead generation, funnel optimization, and campaign budget management.
- Strong analytical, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and digital marketing reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Experience in managing agencies, vendors, or junior marketing team members.
- A proven track record of improving leads, conversions, organic traffic, or advertising ROI.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
