About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce & Digital Growth Manager to build and grow our premium fashion and lifestyle brand's online business. The candidate will be responsible for e-commerce operations, performance marketing, customer acquisition, digital campaigns and online revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital growth strategies to drive online sales and brand awareness.

Manage the brand's e-commerce website, preferably Shopify, including product listings, collections, banners and merchandising.

Plan, execute and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, conversions and revenue.

Manage performance marketing budgets and monitor ROAS, CAC, conversion rates and return on ad spend.

Develop social media strategies and coordinate Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and other relevant platforms.

Plan and execute digital campaigns for new collection launches, promotions and seasonal events.

Manage influencer and creator collaborations, including outreach, negotiations and campaign performance.

Coordinate product photography, creative assets, videos, reels and advertising content.

Implement email, WhatsApp, SMS and CRM campaigns to improve customer retention and repeat purchases.

Monitor website analytics, customer behaviour and sales performance using GA4 and other relevant tools.

Work on SEO, website optimisation, landing pages and conversion rate optimisation.

Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, developers and other external partners.

Conduct competitor research and identify new digital marketing and customer acquisition opportunities.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering website traffic, sales, marketing spend, conversions and campaign performance.

Take ownership of the brand's digital growth, online revenue targets and continuous improvement of the customer journey.

Candidate Requirements

5–8 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or D2C growth.

Experience with fashion, apparel, beauty or lifestyle brands preferred.

Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopify and GA4.

Understanding of SEO, influencer marketing, CRM and conversion optimisation.

Strong analytical, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to manage campaigns, budgets and measurable business outcomes.

Ability to work independently in a growing business and collaborate directly with the founders.

Preferred: Candidates who have successfully launched or scaled a D2C brand and can demonstrate measurable growth in online sales.
