Job Description

You are a highly experienced Digital Marketing Manager specializing in content and growth strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our content strategy and driving customer growth through various channels such as SEO, SEM, email, social media, and paid advertising. By combining creative content marketing with data-driven growth tactics, you will play a key role in delivering measurable impact on our go-to-market strategies. Your main responsibilities will include planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns to increase qualified traffic, marketing qualified leads (MQLs), and revenue. You will also be in charge of the entire content marketing process, from developing strategies and editorial calendars to writing, editing, and publishing content using basic HTML/CMS skills. Additionally, you will work on improving conversion rates and lowering acquisition costs by developing and optimizing landing pages, lead magnets, and conducting conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments. Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on performance using tools such as GA4, Google Analytics, and Search Console will be crucial in this role. You will also manage marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, and Marketo, focusing on nurturing leads, lead scoring, and segmentation for effective targeting. To excel in this position, you should have at least 35 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a strong background in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid campaigns. Your expertise in content marketing should cover all aspects from strategy development to execution. Hands-on experience with analytics tools, A/B testing, CMS platforms like WordPress and Webflow, and basic HTML skills are essential. A KPI-driven mindset with a focus on metrics such as traffic, MQLs, return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and conversion rate optimization will be beneficial. Experience in B2B SaaS or services and exposure to Looker Studio or other business intelligence tools would be considered advantageous. You have the option to work remotely with IST-friendly hours or choose a hybrid work mode specifying your city or coworking space.
