Digital Marketing Intern (with Customer Engagement Focus)

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team! This hands-on internship provides valuable experience in core digital marketing strategies, social media management, and customer engagement techniques. You'll gain practical skills while contributing to real campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing).

Help manage and grow our presence across key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Support customer engagement initiatives, including lead generation follow-ups, customer feedback collection, and outreach (experience with professional communication channels is a plus).

Contribute to creating engaging content (social posts, blog ideas, newsletter snippets).

Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics.

Assist the team with market research and competitor analysis.

What We're Looking For:

A foundational understanding of digital marketing concepts and channels.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English & [Local Language].

Confidence in professional customer interactions (via various channels).

Familiarity with major social media platforms and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
