Position Overview: Ventac Aircon is looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Intern to support our marketing team in all stages of our digital campaigns. You will be working closely with our Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategies across various online channels. Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:
• Draft, schedule, and publish daily content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Facebook.
• Engage with our community by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Assist in tracking social media analytics to identify trends and measure campaign success.
• Content Creation & SEO:
• Assist in writing and editing blog posts, articles, and website copy.
• Conduct keyword research using tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs to guide content strategy.
• Learn and apply on-page SEO best practices, including writing meta titles and descriptions.
• Email Marketing:
• Help create and design email newsletters and promotional campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
• Assist in managing email lists and segmenting audiences.
• Analyze campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Pull data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
• Help compile weekly or monthly reports to highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights.

What We're Looking For:

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's program in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Bonus Points:
• Previous experience with Canva, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, or any email marketing platform.
• A personal blog or active social media presence that showcases your skills.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, or content marketing.
