Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Tele-Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers over the phone, present our products/services, and drive sales. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a proven ability to meet targets and build rapport with clients. Key Responsibilities: Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products and services using prepared scripts. Clearly and confidently explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients. Answer questions about products or the company and handle customer objections professionally. Persuade customers to make a purchase by demonstrating how our services meet their needs. Accurately record and update customer information, call details, and sales transactions in the CRM system. Process orders in an accurate and timely manner. Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Tele-Sales Executive or in a similar sales/customer service role. Excellent command of English and [mention other languages, e.g., Hindi]. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Patience, resilience, and the ability to handle customer rejection gracefully. Proficiency with basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet). Experience with CRM software is a plus. Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
