Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Executive with 1 year of experience, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance the online presence and visibility of our brand. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, excellent analytical skills, and a creative mindset to drive engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:
  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Implement social media advertising campaigns to achieve specific objectives.
  • Content Creation and Management:
  • Develop compelling and relevant content for various digital channels, including blogs, website, and social media.
  • Optimize content for SEO and ensure its alignment with the overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and shareable content.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Execute email marketing campaigns, including planning, creating, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Segment and target audiences to deliver personalized and targeted email communications.
  • A/B test different elements to optimize email campaign performance.
  • SEO and SEM:
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize website content for search engines.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Stay updated on SEO and SEM best practices and algorithm changes.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilize analytical tools to monitor website and social media performance.
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and areas for optimization.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media, content creation, and email marketing.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
