Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for social media platforms
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content (SEO)
• Run email marketing campaigns and track performance metrics
• Generate quality leads through digital campaigns (social media, paid ads, organic methods)
• Research and identify potential clients and build targeted lists for outreach
• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports (Google Analytics, Meta Insights)
• Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to align marketing with business goals
• Conduct competitor and industry research to support campaign strategy

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of digital marketing and lead generation techniques
• Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, SEO platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools or lead tracking systems is a plus
• Creative mindset and result-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and meet timelines

• Must be available to join immediately
• Background in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or any relevant field
• Prior internship or project experience in digital marketing/lead generation will be a plus
