Job Description

The successful candidate will be a creative and results-driven professional responsible for implementing both telemarketing and digital marketing strategies. The role involves direct outreach to potential customers, managing the company's social media presence, and executing digital campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales.

  • Telemarketing and Sales
  • Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate qualified sales leads and set appointments.
  • Following a prepared script while also adapting to individual customer needs and questions.
  • Maintaining a database of customer information and interactions within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets for lead generation and conversion.
  • Digital Marketing
  • Developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including social media ads, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Writing compelling, high-quality content for the website, email newsletters, and other digital platforms.
  • Monitoring website traffic, user behavior, and online campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Social Media Management
  • Planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across multiple social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Developing content calendars and scheduling posts for optimal timing.
  • Engaging with followers and managing online communities to foster customer relationships.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, and digital marketing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
