Digital Performance Marketing Intern

Key Internship Details:

    6-month Internship

  • Working Hours:

    10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Working Days:

    Monday to Friday, and Alternate Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

1. Paid Media Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Campaign Support:

    Assist in the planning, setup, and daily monitoring of paid advertising campaigns across key platforms:

    Google Ads

    and

    Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

    .
  • ROI Focus:

    Support the team in executing optimizations focused on improving core profitability metrics:

    ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)

    .
  • A/B Testing:

    Help set up and monitor

    A/B tests

    for various ad elements (

    copies, creatives, audiences

    ) to continuously improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
  • Budget & Pacing:

    Assist in tracking ad budgets and pacing to ensure spend efficiency and adherence to campaign goals.

2. Performance Tracking and Data Integrity

  • Tracking Setup:

    Track campaign performance using analytical tools and assist in basic setup using

    Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

    ,

    Google Tag Manager

    , and

    Meta Events Manager

    to ensure accurate data capture.
  • Data Integrity:

    Work closely with the reporting team to maintain accurate

    UTM codes and tracking links

    across all campaigns for precise data attribution.
  • Reporting:

    Prepare weekly summary performance reports on campaign efficacy and spend for the marketing team.
  • Data Analysis:

    Assist in organizing and analyzing campaign performance data using appropriate

    digital organizational tools

    and spreadsheets.

3. Creative Coordination

  • Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure creative assets are delivered on time and

    optimized specifically for ad performance

    .

Requirements:

  • A strong academic interest in

    Digital Marketing and Data Analytics

    .
  • A

    meticulous and organized

    approach to data management and task execution.
  • Familiarity with the interface of

    Google Ads or Meta Ads

    is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in

    Canva

    and

    Microsoft Word

    for quick asset preparation and documentation.
  • High motivation and the ability to learn quickly in a

    fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
