Job Description

You will be responsible for planning and executing various digital marketing campaigns including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising. Additionally, you will design, build, and maintain the social media presence of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). - Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance, brainstorm new growth strategies. - Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests, collaborate with internal teams for user experience optimization. - Evaluate end-to-end customer experience and identify critical conversion points for funnel optimization. - Collaborate with agencies, vendor partners, evaluate emerging technologies, and provide thought leadership for adoption. Qualifications Required: - Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education preferred. - 1 year of experience in digital marketing preferred. You will also be responsible for collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience, utilizing strong analytical ability across multiple channels and customer touch points. Additionally, you will work on evaluating emerging technologies and providing thought leadership for adoption where appropriate. Please note that the job types for this position are Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, and Volunteer. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement and internet reimbursement. The work location is in person.
