Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Manage and grow Wartens’ presence on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush
• Conduct SEO and keyword research to improve organic search visibility
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content for web, blogs, newsletters, and social media
• Coordinate with designers and content creators to develop marketing materials
• Generate and analyze reports to track ROI and campaign success
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing roles
• Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot (or similar CRM), and analytics platforms
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

• Basic graphic design and video editing skills
• Experience with marketing automation tools
• Google Ads or HubSpot certification
