Digital Marketing Executive

Job Title : Digital Marketing Executive / Specialist Location : Hyderabad, Madhapur Job Type : Full-Time | On-site Experience : 1 - 4 years Department : Marketing Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels to generate qualified leads, improve brand awareness, and drive growth. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. Design and maintain our social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data-driven insights. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. Requirements and Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven working experience in digital marketing (min 1-3 years). Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs). Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads and Facebook campaigns. Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and performance metrics. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Basic knowledge of content management systems (WordPress preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills (Optional but good to include) Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc. Knowledge of marketing automation tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot. Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.)
