Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the digital landscape (Social Media, SEO, Paid Ads, and Email) and is eager to implement campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

  • Manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X).
  • Create and schedule engaging content (graphics, captions, reels) using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages promptly.

2. Paid Advertising (PPC & Social Ads)

  • Assist in setting up and monitoring paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Monitor budgets and adjust bids to optimize Cost Per Click (CPC) and Cost Per Lead (CPL).

3. Content & Email Marketing

  • Collaborate with content writers and designers to produce high-quality marketing collateral.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotional offers) using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
  • Use Google Analytics (GA4) and social media insights to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven work experience in digital marketing.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles (keyword research, on-page optimization).
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) are a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong creative writing and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a love for data.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.

Tools Proficiency

  • Advertising: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console.
  • Design: Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (Basic).
  • Email/CRM: Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹9,516.86 - ₹28,363.73 per month
