Digital Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive role involves executing and overseeing marketing and branding activities for real estate projects. You will support sales teams in lead generation and customer engagement while ensuring high visibility of the company's projects in the market. Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing on-ground marketing campaigns like site branding, exhibitions, events, roadshows, and launch activities. You will collaborate with advertising agencies, vendors, and channel partners for marketing collaterals and promotions. Managing the design and distribution of brochures, leaflets, hoardings, and other branding materials will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will provide marketing inputs to the sales team, monitor competitor activities and market trends, and suggest improvements based on your analysis. You will handle customer engagement activities such as walk-ins, property shows, project visits, and festive campaigns. Ensuring all marketing communications are RERA compliant is crucial. Tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, preparing reports for management, and supporting the Marketing Manager in budgeting and strategy execution are also key aspects of this role.
