About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate should be passionate about SEO, content creation, and social media marketing, with the ability to consistently produce engaging blog posts and manage regular posting schedules across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Conduct keyword research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages for search engines.
  • Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
  • Build quality backlinks and manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

2. Content & Blogging:

  • Plan, write, and publish high-quality blog posts aligned with the company's goals and SEO strategy.
  • Collaborate with the design team to include visuals, infographics, and multimedia elements.
  • Maintain a consistent content calendar and ensure all content is optimized for readability and ranking.

3. Social Media Management:

  • Create, schedule, and post regular content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
  • Develop creative captions, hashtags, and engagement strategies to boost visibility.
  • Monitor analytics and audience engagement to refine posting strategies.
  • Stay up to date with trends, hashtags, and platform updates.

4. Campaigns & Reporting:

  • Assist in planning and executing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Analyze digital performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Suggest improvements and creative ideas to enhance digital reach and conversions.
  • Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience (12 years) in SEO, content writing, and social media management.
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, Google Analytics, and content optimization.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of digital tools like Canva, Buffer, HubSpot, or Hootsuite is a plus.
