Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion across various digital channels.

2. Manage and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns, including Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms.

3. Create, monitor, and optimize social media marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

4. Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO activities to enhance organic search visibility and rankings.

5. Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in content creation and distribution.

6. Utilize data-driven insights to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-backed recommendations for improvements.

7. Monitor and manage budgets for all digital advertising campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

8. Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to enhance conversion rates and lower acquisition costs.

9. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing and recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead in the industry.

10. Utilize marketing automation tools to segment audiences, set up targeted campaigns, and deliver personalized content.

11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to create cohesive and high-performing campaigns.

12. Regularly track and report on key performance metrics using analytics tools, presenting findings to stakeholders and suggesting actionable insights.

13. Identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization in existing campaigns to achieve aggressive KPI targets.

14. Stay current with industry developments, new advertising platforms, and best practices, implementing them into strategies when applicable.

15. Experiment with emerging platforms and technologies to identify new opportunities for reaching and engaging target audiences.

16. Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to ensure a competitive edge in the market and adjust strategies accordingly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,402.72 - ₹20,000.00 per month
