Job Description

Work Responsibilities

Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
Perform regular keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, GTM and other Google products
Optimize website content, meta tags, URL structure, and on-page elements and technical SEO for improved search engine visibility.
Build and manage high-quality backlink profiles and guest posting through white-hat techniques.
Collaborate with developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues on the website.
Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithm updates and trends.
Work with the digital marketing team to align SEO efforts with PPC, social media, and content marketing strategies.
Generate performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.

Key Skills :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven SEO experience in an in-house setting.
Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console, GA4, GTM, etc.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (especially WordPress).
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Experience with local SEO and international SEO.
Understanding of paid marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
Experience working with eCommerce or product-based SEO strategies.
Certifications in Google Analytics, SEO, or Digital Marketing
