As a high-skill, data-driven PPC specialist at our company, your role will involve independently planning, executing, and optimizing Google Search campaigns. Your experience in working with substantial spends, improving conversion outcomes, driving lower CPL, and utilizing CRM insights to enhance lead quality and down-the-funnel results will be invaluable. Key Responsibilities: - Build and manage Google Search campaigns aligned with high-intent goals. - Conduct keyword research, ad group planning, negative mapping, and ad copy optimization. - Maintain healthy pacing, bid efficiency, and spend-to-lead ratio. Qualification Required: - 3+ years of experience in Google Search Ads execution and optimization. - Proven track record in working with solid spends and achieving performance-driven outcomes. - Proficiency in CTR/CVR uplift, landing page performance, and A/B testing. - Understanding of CRM for lead stage evaluation and decision pivots. - Hands-on experience with analytics using Google Ads UI, GA4, and Sheets/Excel.
