Digital Marketing Executive - Search Ads Specialist

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Search campaigns independently. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and managing Google Search campaigns aligned with high-intent goals. - Conducting keyword research, ad group planning, negative mapping, and ad copy optimization. - Maintaining healthy pacing, bid efficiency, and spend-to-lead ratio. To qualify for this role, you must have the following skills and experiences: - 3+ years of experience in Google Search Ads execution and optimization. - Experience working with substantial spends and achieving performance-driven outcomes. - Proficiency in improving CTR/CVR, enhancing landing page performance, and conducting A/B testing. - Understanding of CRM for lead stage evaluation and decision-making. - Hands-on experience in analytics using Google Ads UI, GA4, and Sheets/Excel.
