Job Description

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing the institute’s digital presence, promoting courses online, increasing inquiries through social media and online campaigns, and supporting overall branding and visibility efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

  • Create, post, and manage content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Plan monthly content calendars and promotional campaigns.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and queries on time to engage audiences.

2. Digital Advertising & Lead Generation

  • Run paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram promotions).
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize cost per lead, and report results.
  • Generate online inquiries and share leads with the counselling/mobilization team.

3. Website & SEO

  • Update course information and banners on the website.
  • Perform basic SEO (keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization).
  • Track website traffic and conversions using Google Analytics.

4. Content Creation

  • Develop creative posts, short videos, and reels showcasing institute activities and student success stories.
  • Coordinate with faculty and students for event highlights, testimonials, and placement stories.

5. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain daily and weekly reports of digital campaigns and leads.
  • Work closely with management to align marketing with admission goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Graduate / Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in digital marketing or social media management (Education/Training sector preferred).
  • Good knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, and MS Office.
  • Understanding of basic SEO, analytics, and content marketing.
  • Strong communication and creative thinking skills.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience).
