Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote Raichandani Group's properties across various online channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.

Create engaging and compelling content for digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media channels, email newsletters, and online advertisements.

Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and drive qualified traffic to property listings and landing pages.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improving digital marketing performance and effectiveness.

Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives and business goals.

Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in digital marketing and the real estate industry to continuously improve strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.

Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns and delivering measurable results.

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, tactics, and channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, and content management systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create high-quality content for various digital platforms.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
