Job Description

As a Shopify Website Manager, you will be responsible for managing and updating the Shopify store to ensure that products are well-organized and easily accessible. This includes overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Shopify apps to enhance website functionality. You will conduct routine checks on pricing, stock levels, and pin-codes to ensure website accuracy and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be required to respond to customer care team queries related to website issues and order discrepancies. In the Affiliate Marketing aspect of the role, you will be tasked with building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliate partners. This involves responding to affiliate queries regarding account setup, performance metrics, and billing. You will also work on streamlining reporting and validation processes to maximize returns and efficiency. Furthermore, in the Reporting & Analytics section, you will prepare and present detailed website sales reports, performance metrics, and other key insights on a regular basis. Your role will include identifying opportunities to optimize website functionality and affiliate marketing ROI through data analysis.,
