Digital Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Campaigns

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to promote products and drive lead generation.
• Collaborate with sales and dealer networks to support digital campaigns regionally.

Website Management & SEO

• Maintain and regularly update the company website with product specs, case studies, blogs, and dealer/distributor-related content.
• Implement SEO best practices to increase organic visibility for keywords like submersible pumps dealers, agricultural motors, etc.

Content Creation

• Develop engaging content (blogs, social posts, videos, brochures) to highlight product features, applications, and benefits.
• Work with technical teams to create product-focused digital content.

Social Media Management

• Handle daily operations of social media platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Monitor trends and competitor activities to improve engagement and brand awareness.

Email & WhatsApp Marketing

• Design and run email/WhatsApp campaigns targeting dealers, distributors, and rural/agricultural customers.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field; Digital Marketing certification preferred.
• 3- 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media advertising, and analytics tools.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe tools, etc.) are a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English and regional languages (preferred for dealer communication).
