Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies to increase our brand presence, generate leads, and drive growth across our educational and media businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
• Manage SEO and SEM to improve search rankings and visibility
• Monitor and report website traffic, lead generation, and campaign performance via tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others
• Design and manage content calendars for social media platforms
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, creatives, captions) aligned with brand voice
• Coordinate with designers, content writers, and video editors for campaign assets
• Handle email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and automation tools like Mailchimp, SendinBlue, etc.
• Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to optimize campaigns
• Assist in managing website updates, landing pages, and lead forms
• Track ROI of marketing initiatives and prepare performance reports

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices
• Good understanding of content marketing and visual storytelling
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Suite, and Excel
• Creative thinking and strong communication skills
• Familiarity with AI tools for content generation is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communication, or related field
• Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) preferred
• Experience with marketing in the education domain is an added advantage
