Key Responsibilities

• Brand Campaigns and Events:

  Support and manage brand-building initiatives, including event collateral, press releases, industry announcements, and thought-leadership articles.

• Content Strategy & Writing:

  Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for our website, blogs, landing pages, and social media platforms to ensure brand consistency and drive engagement.

• Sales & Marketing Collateral:

  Create and manage the production of high-quality sales and marketing materials, such as proposals, pitch decks, case studies, brochures, and technical whitepapers to support business development efforts

• Competitor & Market Research:

  Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to identify trends, inform content strategies, and support targeted marketing campaigns.

• Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:

• Manage and optimize SEO-friendly content for our website and blog to improve organic search visibility and drive web traffic.
• Oversee organic and paid social media campaigns, with a focus on LinkedIn lead generation, to enhance brand recognition and recall.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to improve click-through rates and engagement.

• Team & Stakeholder Coordination:

• Lead and collaborate with the content and social media teams, as well as business leaders, to understand marketing requirements and brand goals
• Manage the editorial calendar to ensure timely and consistent content publication

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience:

  3-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with exposure to the

  engineering services industry

• Content Expertise:

• Proven experience in SEO content writing, sales and marketing collateral creation, email marketing copy, press releases, case studies, and video script writing
• Strong skills in content strategy, planning, auditing, and editing

• Digital Marketing Skills:

• Expertise in social media marketing, LinkedIn lead generation, and paid campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn)
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as WordPress, Canva, Mailchimp, SEMRUSH, Surfer SEO, and Google Analytics

• Strategic & Analytical Skills:

• Demonstrated ability in market and competitor research, brand messaging consistency, and editorial calendar management
• A problem-solving approach to identify marketing gaps and create impactful solutions
