Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Lifecycle Management:

    Plan, set up, and execute end-to-end performance-focused advertising campaigns across the Meta ecosystem (Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network) using the

    Meta Ads Manager

    .
  • Optimization & Budgeting:

    Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CPL) and perform daily optimizations, bid adjustments, and budget pacing to ensure KPIs are met efficiently.
  • Audience Strategy:

    Develop sophisticated audience targeting plans, including creating and refining

    Custom Audiences

    ,

    Lookalike Audiences

    , and retargeting pools to ensure maximum relevance and scalability.
  • A/B Testing:

    Systematically design and implement rigorous A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, placements, and audience segments to identify winners and continuously improve conversion rates.
  • Tracking & Data Integrity:

    Manage and troubleshoot the implementation of the

    Meta Pixel

    and

    Conversion API (CAPI)

    to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and proper attribution of all campaign activities.
  • Reporting & Insights:

    Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports, providing clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Creative Collaboration:

    Coordinate effectively with the internal content and design teams to guide the creation of high-converting ad creatives and compelling copy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum

    2 + years of verifiable, hands-on experience

    managing and optimizing Meta/Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
  • Expert proficiency in using

    Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite,

    and related performance tools.
  • A strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions under pressure.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing principles, funnels, and conversion attribution.
  • Familiarity with tracking tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
