About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management: - Assist in the implementation and execution of digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation. - Execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions. - Track and monitor paid ad performance across multiple platforms. - Conduct A/B testing to optimize messaging and creative elements. 2. Content & Communication: - Develop and maintain marketing collaterals such as presentations, case studies, benchmark reports, and opportunity profiles. - Manage and maintain a content calendar for social media across different channels. - Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and web developers to ensure consistent brand messaging. 3. Lead Generation & Marketing Automation: - Develop and manage lead-nurturing workflows using tools like HubSpot, Outreach, 6sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. - Analyze intent signals and data to identify potential customers and optimize outreach strategies. 4. Performance Tracking & Reporting: - Monitor and analyze campaign performance across different ad platforms and marketing automation tools. - Generate detailed reports on ROI, lead conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness. - Provide insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders to optimize marketing strategies.
