**Responsibilities:**
- Run and optimize paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google).
- Monitor lead flow & coordinate with admissions team.
- Create & schedule content (posters, reels, stories).
- Manage Orion’s social media pages & student engagement.
- Handle SEO basics, Google My Business updates, blog/social content.
- Submit monthly marketing report to Director.
**Requirements:**
- Experience in digital marketing (education/creative sector is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Instagram/Facebook algorithms.
- Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop/Corel/Illustrator).
- Creative, proactive, and trend-aware.
