Job Description

Campaign Management: Create, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display etc) with a focus on driving Leads and meeting business goals. Optimization: Monitor and analyse campaign performance regularly, adjusting strategies, bids, budgets, and targeting to optimize performance and maximize ad spend efficiency. Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and create effective ad copy that resonates with the target audience. A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B testing strategies for ads, landing pages, and other key elements to continuously improve conversion rates. Analytics & Reporting: Use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other tracking tools to monitor KPIs such as cost-per-click (CPC), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders. Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets effectively across campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing overall campaign performance. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as SEO, creative, and product teams to ensure consistency across all marketing initiatives and ensure effective execution. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in running Google Ads Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with a focus on performance-driven outcomes. Strong understanding of digital marketing, Google Ads platform Google Analytics, and other PPC tools. Ability to analyse and interpret data to derive actionable insights and optimize campaigns. Proficient in keyword research, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad copy creation. Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance reporting. Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. Google Ads certification is a plus
