Roles and Responsibility-
Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media Management (Primary Responsibility)* Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for platforms such asInstagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X/Twitter.* Plan, schedule, and publish content using social media management tools.* Monitor, respond, and engage with the online community.* Collaborate with internal teams to generate engaging content.* Track trends and competitor movements.* Manage social media calendars. 2 .Content & Creative Coordination* Brief the design team* Assist in writing captions and content.* Identify influencer collaboration opportunities. 3 .Campaign Execution & Optimization* Support paid social media campaigns.* Ensure campaigns are tracked properly.* Monitor performance and suggest optimizations. 4 .Analytics & Reporting* Track metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, CTR, and conversions.* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.* Analyze audience behavior. 5.Brand Management* Maintain brand voice and consistency.* Ensure adherence to brand guidelines.* Support brand-building activities.
