Digital Marketing Executive

1. Aggregator Growth & Revenue Optimization (Zomato & Swiggy)

• Act as the primary point of contact for Zomato and Swiggy Key Account Managers (KAMs) across all outlets.
• Optimize store listings, menu engineering, dish descriptions, and cover imagery to improve menu-to-cart conversion rates (M2C).
• Plan, execute, and track Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for in-app CPC (Cost-Per-Click) campaigns, flash promos, and combo offers without eroding unit margins.
• Monitor outlet ratings, customer reviews, and kitchen preparation/delivery visibility metrics daily.

2. Short-Form Video Production & Social Media Ownership

• Plan and execute the monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Visit outlets regularly with content creators to capture raw, high-craveability vertical videos (sizzling grills, shawarma slicing, kitchen prep, customer reactions, and team culture) using a smartphone/gimbal setup and edit them using CapCut, Premiere Rush, or VN.
• Write punchy hooks, captions, and visual briefs for static posts, carousels, and in-store promotional collateral.

3. Hyper-Local Performance Marketing & Local SEO

• Run geo-fenced Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook) and Google Ads targeting a 35 km radius around each outlet to drive dine-in footfall, takeaway, and direct WhatsApp/delivery orders.
• Own

  Google Business Profile (Google Maps)

  optimization for every outlet—driving review velocity, maintaining a 4.6+ star rating, posting weekly updates, and dominating local search terms ("best shawarma near me", "Arabian grill in [Locality]").

4. Influencer Marketing & Local Store Marketing (LSM / BTL)

• Build and manage a roster of Kerala and South India food vloggers, micro-influencers, and college campus ambassadors on barter and paid models.
• Execute New Store Opening (NSO) launch playbooks, college fest tie-ups, corporate park activations, and seasonal campaigns (Ramadan, Onam, IPL, weekend combos).

5. Creative Workflow & Vendor Management

• Translate business goals and promotional offers into clear creative briefs for our in-house

• Coordinate with local print and fabrication vendors for packaging stickers, table tents, standees, menu boards, and outdoor signage to ensure strict brand consistency across outlets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience:

  2 to 5 years in Digital Marketing, Growth, or Brand Management—

  prior experience in F&B, QSR, Cloud Kitchens, Hospitality, or Retail D2C is strongly preferred

• Platform Mastery:

  Hands-on proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Zomato/Swiggy Partner Dashboards, Google Business Profile, and mobile video editing apps.

• Language Skills:

  Fluency in

  English and Malayalam

  (ability to craft relatable, culturally resonant hooks and coordinate with local creators and vendors).

• On-Ground Mobility:

  Willingness to travel between outlets in the Ernakulam/Aluva/Perumbavoor corridor (two-wheeler/four-wheeler access required).

• Mindset:

  Data-honest and revenue-focused—you care more about footfall, order volume, and ROAS than vanity follower counts.
