Job Responsibilities

• Manage social media pages, branding, and content creation.
• Plan, execute, and monitor Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Work on SEO, website content, and online lead generation.
• Create engaging marketing content for property promotions and business activities.
• Research Singapore new launch and resale properties, including pricing, project details, and market trends.
• Collect, organise, and maintain accurate property and market information.
• Prepare property comparison reports, market analysis, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Coordinate with video editing, graphic design, and multimedia teams to produce marketing materials.
• Maintain property information, update CRM records, and organise lead data.
• Track marketing campaign performance, analyse results, and prepare reports.
• Use AI tools to improve marketing activities, property research, reporting, and daily workflows.
• Assist with administrative tasks, appointment scheduling, and team coordination.
• Communicate professionally with Singapore clients, teams, and business partners.
• Provide general operational and administrative support to ensure smooth daily business activities.

Required Skills

• Good spoken and written English (Mandatory).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and content-writing skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, including social media management and online marketing.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO is an advantage.
• Good research, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
• Good computer skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in real estate, business development, marketing, and digital technologies.
• Willingness to learn and use AI tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and manage tasks efficiently.
