Job Summary

results-driven Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Platform Management

  • Manage product listings, content, pricing, inventory, and promotions on

    Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho

    , and other marketplaces.
  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and A+ content to improve search visibility and conversions.
  • Handle account health, brand registry, return & refund issues, and customer communication as per platform norms.
  • Regularly monitor seller dashboard metrics and ensure timely compliance with platform policies.

Performance Marketing & Ads

  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Amazon (SP, SB, SD), Flipkart PLA/CPA, and Meesho ads.
  • Monitor ad spends, ROAS, CTR, and CPC; continuously optimize campaigns for better efficiency and scale.
  • Develop and execute promotional strategies including lightning deals, coupons, and platform-specific events.
  • Handle retargeting, remarketing, and conversion rate optimization on D2C platforms using Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.

D2C Website Management

  • Work with the web development and UI/UX team to ensure a high-converting D2C website.
  • Manage Shopify/WooCommerce/Custom CMS backend catalog, orders, CRM, and customer journey.
  • Run integrated campaigns across Google, Facebook, and Instagram to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Implement SEO best practices and blog/content strategy to improve organic rankings.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Analyze platform dashboards, ad reports, and sales data to identify winning products and improvement areas.
  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with KPIs like impressions, conversions, CPA, ACoS, etc.
  • Recommend actionable insights to marketing and sales teams for campaign improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education

    : Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Experience

    : 48 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and e-commerce platform handling.
  • Skills

    :
    • Strong expertise in

      Amazon Seller Central

      ,

      Flipkart Seller Hub

      ,

      Meesho Supplier Panel

      , and D2C website tools.
    • Experience with ad platforms:

      Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads

      .
    • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research tools (Helium10, Jungle Scout, etc.), and web analytics.
    • Detail-oriented with a strong command of numbers, Excel, and marketing metrics.
    • Self-starter, goal-driven, and accountable for delivering measurable results.
