Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing & Telecalling Executive to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with digital communication, patient handling, and basic marketing activities. Key Responsibilities: Call potential leads and follow up regularly to convert them into clients. Reply to WhatsApp inquiries promptly and professionally. Take Google reviews, video testimonials, and photo feedback from satisfied patients. Assist in shooting clinic and therapy videos for marketing purposes. Manage patient queries—both online and offline—with courtesy. Maintain daily records of lead follow-ups and patient engagement. Coordinate with the digital team for social media updates and review posts. Skills Required: Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English). Basic understanding of WhatsApp Business, Google Reviews, and video shooting. Ability to handle patient queries with patience and politeness.
