Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist / Digital Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management:

    • Manage and optimize social media profiles and pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
    • Develop content calendars, plan posts, and create engaging content to increase follower engagement and brand loyalty.
    • Monitor social media trends and industry news.
  2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

    • Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for organic search.
    • Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page SEO elements.
    • Monitor search rankings and adjust SEO strategy as needed.
  3. Paid Advertising (PPC):

    • Create and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
    • Monitor and adjust paid campaigns to ensure optimal ROI.
    • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  4. Email Marketing:

    • Design, create, and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and lead nurturing.
    • Segment email lists for targeted campaigns.
    • Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  5. Content Marketing:

    • Develop and implement content strategies (blogs, articles, videos, etc.) to increase traffic and engage customers.
    • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other teams to ensure the creation of high-quality content.
  6. Analytics and Reporting:

    • Use Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.
    • Measure, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve business objectives.
    • Provide detailed reports on KPIs like traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  7. Influencer & Affiliate Marketing:

    • Identify and engage with influencers or affiliates to promote the brand.
    • Track performance of influencer and affiliate campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience:

    1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
    • Knowledge of email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.
    • Familiarity with website CMS (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
