Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Performance Marketing

Plan, manage & optimize
Google Ads and Meta Ads
for FMCG & E-commerce accounts.
Drive
sales, ROAS, CPL, CTR
and scale campaigns profitably.
Run A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pages.

Social Media Marketing

Build & manage social calendars tailored to
FMCG/E-commerce audiences
.
Work with the creative team to engage product-focused campaigns.
Track analytics & competitor benchmarks to refine campaigns.

Brand Strategy & Client Management

Define
brand positioning, audience segmentation & campaign messaging
.
Manage client communication, reports & performance reviews.
Ensure synergy between ads, organic content, and branding.

E-commerce & FMCG Specific

Knowledge of
conversion funnels, marketplace ads (Amazon/Flipkart), and D2C scaling strategies
.
Familiarity with FMCG buying behavior & campaign cycles.
Experience in handling festive/seasonal campaigns for consumer brands.

SEO & Content (Preferred Advantage)

Support in keyword research & SEO for E-commerce landing pages.
Collaborate on product descriptions, blogs & website optimization.

Preferred candidate profile

2 - 5 years of experience in
digital marketing, social media, and performance campaigns
.
Strong expertise in
Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Analytics
.
Prior exposure to
E-commerce and FMCG marketing campaigns
.
Understanding of brand funnels, consumer psychology & data-driven scaling.
Excellent communication, analytical & reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts independently.
Relevant degree/certification in digital marketing.
