Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is well-versed in performance marketing, search optimization, and digital strategy. If you have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO, and are passionate about growing brands through data-driven campaigns and compelling content, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing & Paid Campaigns

  • Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube).
  • Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and continuous optimization to maximize ROI and lead generation.
  • Track budgets, bidding strategies, and KPIs such as CPC, CTR, CPM, and ROAS.
  • Write ad copies, select creatives, and oversee ad approvals to ensure effective campaign execution.

2. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to identify content and ranking opportunities.
  • Optimize website, product pages, and blog content to improve organic search visibility.
  • Monitor performance through tools like Google Search Console and implement technical SEO fixes as needed.

3. Analytics & Reporting

  • Use Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and campaign dashboards to track performance and conversions.
  • Create weekly/monthly reports with insights and action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure goals align with overall business objectives.

4. Content & Social Media Marketing

  • Develop content calendars and create high-quality content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and blog posts.
  • Write compelling captions, ad copies, and short-form content that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to maintain brand consistency across all channels.

5. Email & CRM Support (Optional)

  • Support in creating email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or Zoho Campaigns.
  • Segment audience lists and optimize for open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of practical experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid ads and SEO.

Core Skills:

  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
  • Working knowledge of SEO tools like Google Search Console.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
  • Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools are a plus.
  • Strong communication, reporting, and time-management skills.
  • Passion for data, trends, experimentation, and optimization.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
