DS Group is looking for a sharp, creative, and growth-obsessed Digital Marketer to lead the performance engine.
Youll be driving impact across the entire digital funnel, from eye-catching reels and smart targeting to revenue-driving performance campaigns.

What Youll Own

Performance Marketing & Growth

  • Plan, execute & optimize

    full-funnel performance campaigns

    across Meta, Google, YouTube, Display, etc.
  • Own business metrics like

    CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR

    , and drive growth across key audience cohorts
  • Build agile campaign structures with

    precise targeting, budget planning, and funnel experimentation

Brand Building on Digital

  • Translate brand identity into

    platform-native storytelling

    that wins hearts (and baskets)
  • Partner with creative and content teams to roll out

    scroll-stopping reels, influencer-led IPs

    , and

    moment marketing

  • Develop campaign playbooks for product launches, brand moments, and seasonal bursts

Analytics, Attribution & Experiments

  • Maintain live dashboards to inform performance decisions and leadership reporting
  • Run

    A/B tests

    across creatives, audiences, bidding, landing pages, and apply findings in real-time
  • Decode consumer journeys and optimize

    conversion paths

    using GA4, Meta, and other tools

Innovation & Test-and-Learn Culture

  • Stay ahead of platform updates, ad formats, and cultural trends
  • Pilot campaigns on

    emerging formats

    like short video, conversational commerce, and influencer-led drops
  • Build reusable playbooks for

    festivals, topical spikes

    , and

    new product GTMs

You’ll Thrive Here If You Have:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in

    D2C or high-growth e-commerce digital marketing

  • Mastery of

    Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4

    , and performance analytics
  • The ability to balance

    data-driven decision-making

    with

    creative storytelling

  • Hunger to learn, grow, experiment, and build something with lasting impact
  • Bonus: Worked on
