Digital Marketing - Customer Acquisition/GTM

As a seasoned candidate of New Customer acquisition, you will be responsible for taking complete ownership of the digital customer acquisition framework at DMI. Your role involves architecting and operating the engine that drives DMI's growth in the competitive digital lending space. You will hold the P&L for all digital channels and work towards achieving ambitious growth targets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement robust, full-funnel paid marketing strategies aligned with goals for loan disbursal, customer acquisition, and profitability. - Lead initiatives to reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and increase user retention through testing creatives, landing pages, and user journeys. - Track and optimize campaigns using platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Firebase, and MMP platforms. - Build creative and relatable campaign ideas, lead a team of skilled marketers, and foster a culture of innovation and optimization. - Pioneer new acquisition programs and promote a test-and-learn culture to explore growth opportunities. **Qualifications:** - Minimum Qualification required: Graduate - Preferred Qualifications: MBA in marketing In addition to the above role and responsibilities, the ideal candidate for this position should have: - 7-10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role focusing on performance marketing and customer acquisition. - Prior experience in scaling a D2C, FinTech, or digital lending brand. - Demonstrated track record of managing and scaling large monthly ad spends effectively. **Skills & Proficiencies:** - Expertise in performance marketing platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. - Strong understanding of data interpretation, attribution models, and reporting tools such as Google Analytics 4. - Strategic mindset with the ability to operate independently and execute tasks efficiently. - Experience in building and mentoring high-performing marketing teams. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to present insights clearly to senior leadership.,
