Digital Marketing Creative Designer

Additionally, you are expected to maintain technical knowledge, stay abreast of emerging trends, and contribute to team efforts by achieving relevant results. Specifically, you will be responsible for creating graphics for Thrillophilia's social media platforms, developing high-conversion creatives for campaigns, and designing various elements such as infographics, newsletters, UI screens, presentations, and visual PPTs. Your role will demand a strong visual design sense, proficiency in design programs like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Experience Design, and After Effects, along with basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. Experience in illustration, typography, and a passion for people-centered design are crucial. Moreover, you must be self-motivated to prioritize tasks, manage workloads efficiently, and meet project milestones and deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to forge positive working relationships, photo retouching/manipulation capabilities, and a keen eye for visual composition are highly valued. An understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design is essential. Ideally, candidates with 1-3 years of experience are preferred, and a presence on platforms like Dribble or Behance is a plus.
