We are seeking a Digital Marketing Expert to optimize our digital marketing efforts and drive data-driven decision-making. This role will be responsible for AI-SEO, Geofencing Campaigns, GTM (Google Tag Manager), web analytics, paid search, paid social, email marketing, Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization, website management, and comprehensive data analysis.
The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative able to leverage AI-driven insights to guide marketing strategy, execute campaigns, and measure impact across channels.
1. Research and implement AI-SEO strategies to improve brand visibility in AI-driven search results (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.).
2. Leverage schema markup, structured data, and conversational search optimization to improve discoverability across AI platforms.
3. Monitor AI snippets, keyword intent, and AI-driven visibility metrics using advanced SEO tools.
4. Continuously test and adapt Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to maintain brand visibility in AI-powered recommendations.
5. Plan, launch, and optimize geofencing campaigns in coordination with digital agencies or internal teams.
1. Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles across multiple locations, ensuring accurate business information, visuals, and posts.
2. Actively monitor and respond to customer reviews and questions to maintain strong online reputation and engagement.
1. Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns using AI-driven bidding and segmentation.
2. Analyze campaign data to identify performance trends, reduce CPA, and maximize ROI.
1. Own Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup and governance for tracking events, conversions, remarketing, and custom triggers.
2. Ensure accurate GA4 tracking across all digital assets (web, GBP, paid campaigns).
1. Update and manage website content through WordPress, including landing pages, blogs, forms, and tracking scripts.
2. Manage and optimize web form integrations (e.g., lead capture, contact forms, or campaign-specific forms) to ensure accurate data collection and tracking.
3. Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure site performance and SEO best practices.
4. Troubleshoot tagging or tracking issues in collaboration with the tech or web dev team.
1. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (HubSpot, Brevo, or similar).
2. Integrate email data with CRM and campaign dashboards.
1. Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports using Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
2. Consolidate data from GA4, GTM, GBP, paid channels, and CRM for unified marketing insights.
3. Provide monthly and quarterly performance reviews, highlighting actionable insights and optimization opportunities.
1. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies for campaign execution.
2. Manage timelines, deliverables, and creative approvals.
3. Support marketing operations with ad-hoc analysis, documentation, and task tracking.
