Digital Marketing & Client Support Executive (Female Candidate)

Lead Skale is a fast-growing lead generation and digital marketing agency based in Nashik. We specialize in helping businesses generate high-quality leads through organic strategies, paid ads, and AI-powered marketing solutions.

We are looking for a female candidate who can assist the founder with daily business operations, client interactions, onboarding, and execution of digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Communication & Support
• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication.
• Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring smooth setup and transition.
• Act as the first point of contact for client queries and support requests.

Digital Marketing Execution

• Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
• Work on SEO, content creation, and social media posting.
• Use AI tools for content generation, graphic designing, and automation tasks.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.

Operational Assistance

• Maintain CRM and databases for clients.
• Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for business growth.
• Assist the founder in day-to-day tasks and business coordination.

Key Skills Required

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Digital Marketing (paid ads, SEO, or social media).
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Ability to handle client calls confidently and maintain professional relationships.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, Canva, and AI tools will be preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Presentations).
• Multitasking ability and willingness to learn new tools & strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a digital marketing role.
• Female candidate preferred.
