About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to support our performance marketing and campaign operations team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth campaign execution, accurate monitoring, and timely reporting. You will play a key role in improving campaign efficiency and supporting high-impact marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in campaign setup and execution across digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)

Monitor live campaigns to flag anomalies or performance drops in real time

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for inputs such as creatives, targeting, and landing pages

Maintain campaign documentation and ensure data accuracy for reporting

Skills Required:

Basic understanding of performance marketing channels and KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.)

Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting

Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms (a plus)

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision and speed

Ideal Candidate Profile / CV Must-Haves:

1years to 3years of experience in digital marketing or campaign execution

Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory)

Demonstrated interest in digital marketing with strong execution discipline

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
