Digital Marketing Associate

You will be joining Glitchover, a pre-launch startup with big dreams and a bold attitude, as a Digital Marketing Maverick. As part of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and owning the digital marketing strategy for both pre-launch and post-launch phases across various platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Discord, and Reddit. Your role will involve creating and executing launch campaigns, countdowns, giveaways, collaborations, and engaging content to drive traffic and generate hype. Additionally, you will manage and enhance the social media presence, collaborate with designers and creators to produce compelling posts and videos, handle email marketing, and optimize paid campaigns for efficient customer acquisition cost. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing strategy across multiple platforms - Create and implement launch campaigns, giveaways, and collaborations - Manage social media presence and engage with the audience - Collaborate with designers, editors, and creators to produce engaging content - Handle email marketing, build funnels, and segment audiences - Optimize paid campaigns for efficient customer acquisition cost - Track performance metrics and pivot strategies accordingly - Collaborate with creators, influencers, and the product team to ensure consistent storytelling Qualifications Required: - 1 year of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media (startup or creator economy experience is a plus) - Proven track record of growing social channels and building communities - Familiarity with internet culture, meme-speak, and digital subcultures - Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and willingness to experiment - Bonus: Experience in running a personal brand, YouTube channel, podcast, or building something from scratch You will have the opportunity to work full-time at the Ahmedabad location, with benefits including paid sick time.
