If you have a flair for optimizing paid media campaigns, developing customer acquisition funnels, and tracking campaign performance, we want to hear from you!

Digital Marketing Specialist Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (dropouts with problem-solving skills are welcome!)
• 2-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
• Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and marketing funnels
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with GenAI tools is a plus
• Willingness to relocate to Nagpur

Internship Requirements:

• Passion for digital marketing and a strong eagerness to learn
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools
• Strong communication skills
• Open to freshers or individuals looking to kickstart their career in digital marketing

Key Responsibilities for Both:

• Plan, create, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
• Optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram
• Manage social media advertising & email marketing campaigns
• Develop customer acquisition funnels & retargeting strategies
• Set up WhatsApp automation for campaigns
• Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure successful execution of strategies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
